Goodstuff is hiring a Growth Manager to work in the Growth team and with, the Senior Management Team (SMT), and wider agency to deliver excellence within our Growth and New Business offering.

The Growth Manager is expected to develop effective Goodstuffer relationships and support the smooth and seamless running of our new business and marketing work.

Reporting to the Managing Partner, Growth

Full time fixed term contract for one year May 2025-May 2026

Hybrid working: Tue-Thu in office; Mon & Fri wfh or in office

• Support in the development and delivery of our annual new business plans focused on helping improve conversion rates of the opportunities we get.
• Coordinate and manage pitches once they have been accepted into the agency.
• Support all pitches through best-in-class processes and production of pitch materials, including management of design elements with the design team.
• To own the pitch presentation deck and help orchestrate those producing the content.
• Maintain financial accuracy across the new business, including pitch budgets, ensuring efficient management of POs, timely invoicing and quick resolution of finance queries.
• Take direction in coordinating diaries and requirements for internal pitch meetings, rehearsals and pitch day management.
• Responsibility for maintaining and updating all internal trackers and databases relating to new business.
• Responsible for regular reporting across new business using internal trackers and external software.
• Conduct research into our pitch opportunities.
• Support in managing relationships and information provision to all intermediaries, and external partners.
• Supporting RFI and RFP proposals, in conjunction with the Head of Growth.
• Supporting on agency credentials, case studies and new business collateral.
• Occasional and ad-hoc support for the marketing team as needed eg: The Pitch and Media Showcase.

The requirements

• Significant previous media agency experience in a new business role.
• Must have excellent MS Office capability: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Design software knowledge (Adobe Suite or similar) is preferred, but not necessary.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to think creatively.
• A team player with the ability to work autonomously, take initiative and get stuck in.
• Able to communicate professionally in all encounters with people internally – both good upward and downward management.
• Strong organisation skills and excellent time management.
• An understanding, or demonstration of, agency or brand tone of voice, humour, originality, and differentiation.
• Solid under pressure, with the ability to work to and deliver against set and often tight deadlines.
