• Previous experience working within partnerships at a media agency, alternatively cross-channel experience working within media planning or buying

The Goodstuff Partnerships Senior Executive role is to support the partnerships team in delivering excellence in the realisation of media partnerships. Working in close collaboration with both the client and investment teams, they will support on the day to day implementation of signed off partnerships. They are expected to establish effective Goodstuffer, media owner and client relationships and ensure the smooth and seamless running of partnerships, delivering excellence in their field.

The right candidate will have either direct media partnerships experience, or be looking to make a career move out of their current cross-channel investment or planning team.

  • Support the team on the day to day delivery of all partnership projects, from sign-off through to post campaign analysis
  • Support the team in coordinating client status calls and meetings, maintaining accurate and timely meeting notes and status reports
  • Lead in the delivery and management of smaller client partnerships
  • Share proactive partnership solutions with the client and investment teams where relevant based on insight & understanding of clients objectives
  • Build collaborative relationships with Goodstuffers, clients, media owners, and external partners such as creative agencies
  • Keep abreast of cross-media innovations and partnership opportunities
  • Acquire a solid foundation of understanding of all media platforms and processes involved
  • Demonstrate an active interest in developing understanding of the media & communications industry
  • Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally at all times (written and oral)
  • Effectively manage workload to ensure work is delivered on time to the highest standard
  • Develop the ability to delegate and be delegated to with clear communication
  • Proactively support the team, developing an ability to adapt to changing daily demands
  • Understand the finance process at Goodstuff in order to help ensure financial accuracy across all partnerships
  • Develop excellent time management skills to work effectively and efficiently across multiple projects
