BROADCAST SENIOR EXECUTIVE

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the fundamentals of Broadcast and media best practice
  • Proven experience in TV buying and reporting tools such as MediaOcean and Techedge
  • Experience reconciling campaigns with Media Owners
  • Experience in working across VOD by booking and delivering VOD campaigns
  • Some experience working on DR and performance campaigns and optimising them to CPA goals would be ideal, but not necessary
  • A passion for Broadcast & Media effectiveness and the creation of ideas
  • Confident, committed and professional
  • A can-do attitude and positive approach, even in challenging situations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
  • Good team player who is also a self-starter
  • Creative, analytical and numerical ability
  • Organised and excellent attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Ability to think around problems and get to inventive solutions

IN DETAIL

The Goodstuff broadcast senior executive supports their team in delivering excellence in implementation planning, investment and campaign delivery. They are expected to develop effective Goodstuffer, media owner and client relationships and to work in close collaboration with their immediate team and Goodstuffers across the agency, contributing to relevant stages of Good process and getting to great work. They are responsible for the management of day-to-day requests, responses and supporting their team by taking on some internal team admin tasks.

  • Work well within Goodstuff process, particularly where relates to Investment
  • Support the Broadcast team in the smooth day-to-day response to briefs and lead smaller responses with senior support
  • Build good media owner relationships with appropriate face-to-face contact
  • Skilfully apply TGI and Touchpoints data to fuel implementation planning
  • Build audience analysis using AdvantEdge and DDS to inform optimal campaigns
  • Develop an understanding of the role Broadcast plays in the campaign channel mix and broader client strategy
  • Contribute to inventive Broadcast ideas for our clients/briefs
  • Attend relevant client meetings accompanied by senior Broadcast and Planning Goodstuffers
  • Contribute to client competitive reports
  • Build collaborative relationships with Goodstuffers
  • Effectively manage workload, expectations and meet deadlines, developing good time management skills to work effectively and efficiently
  • Develop ability to delegate and be delegated to with clear communication
  • Proactively support the team, developing an ability to adapt to changing daily demands
  • Lead on campaign admin maintaining financial accuracy across all campaigns
  • Get bookings on the system promptly and accurately
  • Ensure efficient management of POs, timely invoicing and quick resolution of finance queries
  • Accurate and consistent weekly completion of timesheets
