The Goodstuff Out-of-Home Manager starts taking responsibility for running response to briefs and day-to-day management for Out-of-Home. They have a firm grasp of the building blocks of what makes effective and inventive Out-of -home plans and works in close collaboration with the team and planning too. They build strong internal relationships and equally with media owners/partners to excite them around our work. They effectively delegate to those in supporting roles to enable them to deliver excellent work and grow their knowledge.

Reports to the Out-of-Home Director. 

  • Translate briefs into OOH ideas and recommendations and demonstrate a good understanding of how OOH works within the strategy
  • Take a keen interest in the theory and best practice of OOH and seek out ways of increasing your knowledge and abilities in this area
  • Build impactful media owner relationships at all levels
  • Recognise emerging OOH opportunities and proactively discuss them with the team 
  • Overcome campaign challenges and draw upon the relevant people to enable this.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of our clients and how OOH can support and grow their brand(s)
  • Operate within the Goodstuff planning process framework as it relates to Investment and be appreciative of the Planning requirements too 
  • Be proactive with bringing inventive OOH ideas to the table
  • Begin to lead topics within client/agency meetings alongside senior Goodstuffers
  • Write and deliver strong presentations
  • Cultivate strong Goodstuffer relationships across all departments
  • Develop a clear understanding of the roles, responsibilities and workflow across the team 
  • Develop a good understanding of the Goodstuff planning process and how it related to Investment
  • Develop a good understanding of financial best practice and oversee finance processes
  • Support in efficient management of invoicing processes
  • Contribute to accurate and timely forecasting
