G-FORCE MANAGER

IN DETAIL

The G-Force Manager will be responsible for running multiple client briefs of varying involvement. They will work closely with partner agencies to brief in G-Force investment teams ensuring there is a seamless process from planning to execution. They will become the lynchpin between clients, agencies and investment teams and will have a firm grasp on what makes an effective and inventive media plan. They build strong relationships and have excellent cross channel knowledge to take the charge across various client sectors. They effectively delegate to those in supporting roles to enable them to deliver excellent work and grow their knowledge.

  • Build strong relationships with Goodstuff investment teams, partner agencies and clients.
  • Multitask across several client and agency briefs
  • Translate partner agency strategies into investment briefs, demonstrating a strong understanding of how each channel works within the overall strategy
  • Write directional and inspiring investment briefs with clear deadlines and deliverables
  • Manage the day to day running of accounts and seamless management of the execution of media plans
  • Lead client and agency status meetings and ensure accurate and timely delivery of status reports and follow through
  • Write and deliver clear and compelling client presentations
  • Demonstrate good understanding of your clients’ business challenges, objectives and KPIs
  • Have strong cross channel knowledge to converse clearly with clients and agencies
  • Be the investment lead in client meetings
  • Support team on client direct and partner agency pitches
  • Demonstrates an inventive approach to implementation, drawing on the relevant people to successfully achieve the agreed solution
  • Keep abreast of innovations across all channels and proactively explore them with the team
  • Contribute to accurate and timely forecasting
  • Ensure efficient management of billing processes and issues are resolved quickly
  • Ensure accurate and consistent weekly completion of timesheets and those of direct reports
  • Take on line management responsibility and help grow and develop direct reports on a daily basis
  • Effectively delegate with clarity and clear and regular communication
